The Gala Dinner for the 12th ASEAN Finance Ministers’ and Central Bank Governors’ Meeting (AFMGM) was held on 9 April 2025 at the Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur, marking the conclusion of the event from 7–10 April 2025. The dinner, hosted by H.E. Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, Malaysia’s Finance Minister II, and H.E. Datuk Abdul Rasheed Ghaffour, Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia, provided a networking platform for regional leaders and international representatives. The evening also featured usherers who warmly welcomed delegates and VIPs to celebrate the meeting's outcomes.
SSHE Forum 2025 by PTTEP
The SHHE Forum 2025 by PTTEP united industry leaders to advance Safety, Health, Human, and Environmental excellence. Focused on sustainable energy and responsible operations, the event highlighted best practices, innovation, and collaboration. It reaffirmed PTTEP’s commitment to sustainability and set a new regional benchmark for SHHE performance.
Malaysia Cross-Border Insolvency Conference 2025
The Malaysia Cross-Border Insolvency Conference 2025 took place on 25 February 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Organized by the Malaysian Department of Insolvency and key partners, the event brought together nearly 500 participants to discuss challenges and prospects in cross-border insolvency. The conference focused on Malaysia’s adoption of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency. The forum emphasized innovation, cross-border collaboration, and strengthening dispute resolution frameworks across Asia.
ASEAN Carbon Forum 2024
The ASEAN Carbon Forum 2024 gathered regional leaders to advance carbon markets and climate action across Southeast Asia. Key topics included carbon pricing, Article 6 implementation, and private sector engagement. The forum emphasized collaboration, transparency, and investment in decarbonization to support ASEAN’s net-zero goals.
Asia Pop-Culture Convention 2024
The Asia Pop Culture Convention 2024 (AsiaPopCon), held on 28–29 September 2024 at the Pavilion Exhibition Centre, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, marked a significant milestone in Malaysia's pop culture scene. This inaugural event brought together fans, creators, and industry professionals for a vibrant celebration of comics, anime, gaming, toys, and cosplay. The event featuring David Hayter , The legendary voice actor and screenwriter, renowned for his role as Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid series., Stefanie Joosten – Multi-talented actress and singer, best known for her portrayal of Quiet in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and others. Our team assisted with the registration counter, entrance and exit crowd control and various ushering roles around the exhibition hall.
Enlit Asia 2024
Enlit Asia 2024, held at MITEC Kuala Lumpur from October 8–10, gathered over 12,000 energy professionals and 350 exhibitors under the theme “Enabling a Multidimensional Energy Transition in ASEAN.” The event featured key discussions on energy security, grid modernization, and renewables. Our team supported ushering and crowd control during the Opening Ceremony officiated by Deputy Minister Haji Akmal Nasrullah, representing Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister.
Global Forum on Islamic Economics and Finance (GFIEF) 2024
The Global Forum on Islamic Economics and Finance (GFIEF) 2024 was held on 28–29 May 2024 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia. Hosted by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) in partnership with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, and was officially officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia. The forum set out to tackle critical global economic issues by exploring solutions grounded in Islamic economics and finance.We provided usherers (on stage for opening ceremony), usherers (various hallways and halls), B2B Stations, Speaker Management, Pitching areas and etc.
Karnival Usahawan Desa @ Putrajaya 2023
A national-level event organized by the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) to promote rural entrepreneurship. Held in Putrajaya, the carnival featured hundreds of local entrepreneurs from across Malaysia, showcasing products including food, crafts, fashion, and services. We provided manpower stationed at the KKDW booth, managing interactive game sessions and engaging visitors — including hosting live Kahoot quizzes to elevate the booth experience and attract crowd participation
